Becker Home Improvement is committed to remodeling your kitchen and bathroom. An kitchen or bathroom project begins by defining a budget, construction plans, and a contract. Details of these steps are found on the Beginning Your Project page. Once the steps are complete, the construction will begin. Randy and the Becker Home Improvement team will work with you on each phase of the process.
Framing Phase
The framing phase for your project begins with demolition. New interior framing will be constructed if needed. The rough electrical, plumbing, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) is installed. The framing phase ends with the rough inspection by the building inspector.
Insulation Phase
Interior insulation and vapor barrier is installed if needed for your project. The insulation and vapor barrier are inspected by the building inspector.
Interior Build Phase
The interior build phase begins with drywall followed by painting and flooring. Cabinetry, countertops, and trim are installed. Finally, the plumbing and electrical trims are completed. The interior build phase is completed with the final building inspection.
