Becker Home Improvement is committed to creating a new screen porch and/or deck. An kitchen or bathroom project begins by defining a budget, construction plans, and a contract. Details of these steps are found on the Beginning Your Project page. Once the steps are complete, the construction will begin. Randy and the Becker Home Improvement team will work with you on each phase of the process.
Foundation Phase
Your screen porch and/or deck project begins with foundation and footing work. A footing inspection completes the foundation phase.
Framing Phase
The framing phase for your project begins with demolition if needed. New exterior framing will be constructed. Soffit fascia and roof tie ins are also part of the framing phase. Any rough electrical work is constructed. The framing phase ends with the rough inspection by the building inspector.
Final Build Phase
The final build phase of your project includes painting and decking installation. Also, installing screens and associated trims. The interior build phase is completed with the final building inspection.
